After your payment is verified and the back stock is confirmed, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Special campaigns and events are not governed by the times described in this policy.
In case of My Montessori Store has reason to question buyer's solvency or ability to pay for ordered products, My Montessori Store. has no obligation to complete delivery, and reserves the right to stop any order before shipping or undercarriage.
Deliveries are made in cooperation with the local and well-known international postal services and their partners using a standard/economic shipping with tracking option only. The estimated local delivery time is 10-21 business days* and the standard international shipping time is 21-39 business days*.

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
Customers in certain countries may be required to pay a customs and import tax on some products depending on their final market value. These taxes are set by your local authority and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. Duties and taxes are not included in the product's price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local office before placing an order.

My Montessori Store is committed to total customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with the quality of your product or If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days - in the condition that you received it with all original packaging, any protective coverings, product insets and all accessories that must still be in the product and in the packaging- and you will receive a refund (excluding sale items.)
Please make sure that you understand our returns policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
When returning a product you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product, however, you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify under this return policy. The product must be unused (without blemishes, scratches, signs of wear etc.) - if the returned items fail this test, they will be returned back to you.
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received by us and it complies with the above terms of our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
My Montessori Store shall if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product excluding the original cost of shipping. However, we will refund the shipping cost if the return or exchange is caused by our fault.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.

All prices at My Montessori Store are in Australian dollars (AUD). We have a currency converter in store for popular worldwide currencies, however, the checkout system will always calculate and display the equivalent in Australian dollars (AUD). You will always be charged the equivalent in your currency. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received or fail verification after submitting your order, My Montessori Store may automatically cancel your order.

All prices shown on the My Montessori Store website are including local taxes (Australian GST), in accordance with the applicable legislation. Please note that the GST is removed at the checkout or earlier depending on which country the product will be delivered to.
Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that My Montessori Store has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, My Montessori Store cannot predict their amount. We follow a strict procedure to verify the authenticity of your order. You may expect to be contacted by us within 48 hours to confirm verbally or in writing your order with us. Orders made in another person's name or using their credit card without their consent, including attempts of fraud, or otherwise will be reported to the authorities. We reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund your order if we can't reach you, confirm your identity and/or we are not satisfied with the authenticity of your order.
Additionally, My Montessori Store holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, My Montessori Store reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid. This can be performed at any time.
